Sales Manager NSW & ACT – FMCG

Following decades of success, the business is embarking on a major expansion strategy – presenting an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive the next generation of growth in NSW and the ACT.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this is a key leadership position where you’ll personally oversee a dynamic team of sales representatives. You’ll be empowered to develop and execute new business strategies, as well as achieve and exceed existing sales targets. When you do, your team’s energy and passion for sales success will be well rewarded.
The successful candidate must have a minimum 5 years’ experience within the FMCG foodservice channel with a record of achieving sales success. A high degree of commercial acumen (excellent communication skills, businesses development, contract negotiation, and marketing skills) is required along with resilience, tenacity and a self-motivated and result driven personality.
Located at their head office in Sydney’s Inner West, this role offers an attractive remuneration package, with car allowance and above average bonus potential.
